Golden larches in the Dolomites

Landscape photography in the Dolomites in autumn

As if the Dolomites weren't spectacular enough, the region takes it to another level in autumn. In many parts of the region, the larches glow in their typical autumnal gold as far as the eye can see. For a landscape photographer, it's a paradise like no other. On this photo trip, I, as usual, ventured off the beaten path, away from the countless photo spots that have been seen a thousand times before. This always allows me to photograph rarely seen compositions in spectacular light.
