Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Niels Oberson Photography, Niels Oberson, Papillonallee 3a, 3172 Niederwangen, Switzerland.

2. Provider & Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded upon placing an order via the website www.niels-oberson.ch. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase agreement for the selected products.

3. Products & Offers

Niels Oberson Photography offers calendars and photographic prints for sale.

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT.

4. Prices & Payment Terms

The prices valid at the time of the order apply.

Payment is made either by invoice or via the payment gateway provided on the website. Invoices are payable within 10 days of receipt.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is available to selected countries only.

Estimated production times:

Photographic prints: approx. 1–2 weeks
Calendars: depending on pre-order schedule

In case of delays, the customer will be informed without undue delay.

6. Returns & Cancellation

Returns are excluded.
There is no right of withdrawal.

7. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, the customer must report such damage immediately to the carrier and inform Niels Oberson Photography as soon as possible.

Failure to report transport damage does not affect the customer’s statutory warranty rights but may simplify claims processing.

8. Warranty & Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).

Niels Oberson Photography shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper handling of the products.

The protection of personal data is important to us.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively.
