Foggy moods around Bern - Autumn 24

Autumn in Bern this year showed its particularly atmospheric side. Dense fog repeatedly settled over the landscape, creating a tranquil, mystical atmosphere.

Thanks to my good local knowledge, I was often able to accurately judge the fog depth and be exactly where the scenery was most spectacular. Especially at the fog line at sunrise, this resulted in many impressive photographs.

The layering and levels with a view of the Schreckhorn were ingenious and enabled many images which, in their reduction, are perfectly suited for timeless wall paintings.

An autumn that was a real joy to photograph.
