Objectives: Conceptualization and production of an authentic video about the bike fitting service. The aim was to reduce inhibitions and clearly visualize the process so that potential customers can get a clear picture of the service.
The shoot (except for the interview) was done without artificial light in order to deliver the most authentic impressions possible.
The resulting video and image impressions contributed significantly to a substantial increase in booking numbers.
